In this beginner's module, you will learn about the different types of bows, how each bow is different and each of their functionalities. Learn arrow dynamics. Know the correct posture and form to maintain. Learn how to aim, release, shoot and hit your intended target. Study all the safety guidelines that must be observed while on the range. Study the proper maintenance of your bow and arrow including repair, making fletching, replacing bowstring and proper disassembling for easy transport.

This course has 8 hours of online instruction time, 2 hours of a live targeting assessment, a mid-test and final test.

BOW HUNTING $100
This module is for intermediates who have experience with shooting still targets but want to gain a knowledge base as well as experience in hunting big game such as deer and turkey. You will learn about the best type of bows to use for each game; the corresponding use of arrows; distancing; hunting tactics; tracking game in the wild; vital target points and all the safety protocol to accompany this field of survival.

This course has 8 hours of online instruction time, 4 hours of a live hunting assessment (turkey in spring or deer in autumn), a mid-test and a final test.

BOWFISHING $120
This module is for advanced users of the bow and arrow as well as prior experience in hunting various big game. You will learn how to properly attach and detach bowfishing gear from your bow; maintenance of your bowfishing equipment; types of fishing stances and corresponding safety guidelines (settings in water, on pier and on boat); the types of targets along with vital points; and the use of depth perception, shadow and glare to your advantage.

This course has 8 online instructional hours, 4 hours of a live fishing assessment (choose 2 settings: 2 hours per setting), a mid-test and a final test.
